25TH NOVEMBER | THE UNDERGLOBE, LONDON

Sustainability

At Energy Live News, we are committed to reducing the environmental impact of our events and continuously improving the way we operate.

Our venue partners actively support sustainability through a range of initiatives, including the use of recycled packaging across the site, eliminating single-use plastics, and working with partners such as Too Good To Go to minimise food waste. The venue also operates fully on LED lighting and prioritises locally sourced produce, with ongoing efforts to further improve and expand vegan and vegetarian menu options to reduce overall carbon impact.

Alongside this, we are actively measuring and reporting our own environmental footprint. Energy Live News has begun producing an annual carbon report, and we are also developing a dedicated carbon report specifically for our events portfolio, including TELCA. This allows us to better understand, track and reduce the environmental impact of our activities year on year.

We are also encouraged to see that a large proportion of our attendees already choose to travel via public transport, helping to further reduce travel-related emissions and support a more sustainable event experience.

Sustainability is an ongoing journey, and we remain committed to making TELCA a more responsible and lower-impact event each year.
