Louise is Head of Non-domestic Retail Policy at Ofgem. She has a Master’s Degree in Economics and almost 20 years experience in energy regulation, across the energy chain.

This spans domestic and non-domestic retail, smart metering, flexibility, wholesale markets, and network regulation.

Prior to working in policy, she was involved in her family’s manufacturing business – which is the foundation for her continuous interest in driving forward positive outcomes for customers in the non-domestic energy retail market.
