Jon Dixon is the Director of Strategy at the Retail Energy Code Company (RECCo), where he leads strategic planning, regulatory engagement, and industry reform initiatives.

Prior to RECCo, he held senior roles at Ofgem including Head of Industry Codes and Licensing, contributing to major programmes such as DN sales, gas settlement reform, and the switching programme.
