Phil is the Regulation Director in the Energy Supply Division for ENGIE UK, primarily focussed on regulatory and economic policy for consumers.

With over 20 years’ experience in the UK energy industry, his previous role at ENGIE was Policy Advisor, specialising in EU trading regulations and gas markets and earlier in his career held various responsibilities for economic modelling and pricing whilst at Yorkshire Electricity.

Phil has a BA (Hons) in Economics and Industrial Economics.
