With a background at Mitie Energy (formerly Utilyx Ltd), she progressed from Junior Risk Manager to Head of Risk Management and Technical Reporting, overseeing two teams.

Tejal’s expertise lies in collaborating with diverse clients, including those in finance and hospitality, to develop risk management strategies, offer market insights, and guide them through challenges like the pandemic and energy crises.
